Ahead of Q4, all SKUs (including the starter kit and add-ons) were updated with holiday-optimized keywords. Phrases such as “holiday gift for dog lovers,” “interactive pet communication toy,” and “dog communication buttons gift set” were incorporated into titles, bullets, and backend search terms to align with seasonal shopper intent.

  • Comparison Charts: Communicated the difference between starter kits and HexTile expansion packs to encourage upselling.

  • Budget Scaling: Increased bids and budgets around October Prime Days and the November–December peak.
  • Campaign Segmentation: Split campaigns by product type—starter kit vs. expansion packs—to better track performance.
  • Holiday Keywords: Added event-specific terms such as “Black Friday pet gift,” “Cyber Monday pet toy,” and “Christmas dog training tool.”
  • Sponsored Brand Ads: Highlighted the range of FluentPet products in carousel ads, capturing attention with multiple offerings.

4. Promotions & Deals

  • Coupons: 10–20% coupons were enabled on core SKUs, increasing click-through rates.
  • Deal Days: Participated in Prime Big Deal Days and Black Friday Lightning Deals, creating spikes in visibility and sales.

Bundles: Created promotional bundles (e.g., starter kit + extra HexTiles) to raise average order value.

Results (Q4 Performance)

By aligning listing content, creative assets, PPC strategy, and seasonal promotions around holiday shopping behavior and search trends, we were able to transform FluentPet’s Amazon presence into a high-performing, scalable engine during Quarter 4.
