Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns to increase traffic, leads, and sales
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, etc.) and optimize ROI
- Analyze data and performance metrics to improve campaign results
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting creatives

- Communicate with prospects via Upwork chat and respond promptly

- Perform keyword research and search term analysis to improve performance
- Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROAS and reduce wasted spend
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming keywords
- Work closely with listing and creative teams to improve conversion rate
- Track key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and CVR
- Prepare clear performance reports with insights and recommendations
